Part One: The Beginning.
So i was busily making my notes for Chem in the afternoon (yes, i'm still making them :$), when my stomach started grumbling. It was a sign for me to take a break, and i was more than happy to take one! No one likes Lewis dot diagrams afterall :D So i walked over to the pantry draw and opened it. I see Mi Goreng, pass. I see Le Snack snacks, pass. I wanted varitey, i wanted something new! So my interest shifted from the pantry to the fridge, nothing in the fridge that i wanted to make. Up to the freezer, a pack of beef and herb sausages... Challenge accepted! So i take two frozen sausages out of the packet, turned on the stove, put a bit of oil on a pan, let that warm up for a bit, and then i chucked the frozen sausages onto the pan. Big. Mistake. Yes, for those of you who realised my mistake, i guess you've sausages before.. But for those of you who haven't, i shall reveal this mistake. You see, when you add water to hot oil.. This sortof reaction occurs as the water molecules react to the heated mixture of the oil [some sexy chemistry terminology there ;)] So yes! As you can imagine, everything started to pop and oil spat everywhere :( So i took the sausages out and placed the pan in the sink so that it could "calm down". Then i decided to put my sausages in the microwave so that it could help defrost the sausages. And it worked! After 35 seconds! :D Well, then i took out a new frypan and didn't add the oil in this time to ensure my safety. Placed the sausages in and waited and waited..
I cut a bit of one of the sausages up as a tester to see if the sausage was thoroughly cooked.
Part Two: The "Is it or isn't it cooked?"
After ten minutes (the time that i thought was enough to cook mah sausages to the core), i took the sausages out and cutted them up into little pieces, ready to place into my mouth! Then... As the title suggests... That happened. They looked a bit.. undercooked. So.. Like any amateur cook would do, i threw them back onto the frying pan! :D Another ten minutes later, I take them out! And they dont look like sausages anymore D: But what the heck. I took the sausages out and using a tissue, dried up all the excess oil PRODUCED from the sausage itself!! Sausage oil. Interesting.
Part Three: Yum Yum Yum, oh no.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, You should start making new videos. :-) Yousocute. Also, on my birthday i expect well cooked beef and herb sausages with tomato sauce on the side. :D
